3D-Fuel operates a manufacturing facility that utilizes a USA-based supply chain. This gives us complete control over our formulations, processes, and quality. We extrude all of our filaments in-house—ensuring batch-to-batch consistency, tight tolerances, and performance you can count on.

Engineering Materials: Advanced polymers like our upcoming PET-CF and other carbon fiber filled materials.
Cleaning/Purge: 3D Clean is our signature non-chemical, non-abrasive cleaning and purge filament. This is best used between colors, material types, and after using a carbon or glass fiber filled filament to avoid cross-contamination and clogging.
Eco-Friendly Filaments: Including our signature Tough Pro PLA+, derived from renewable resources and made in partnership with NatureWorks.
