What We Do
GreenGate3D is proudly the original, sustainable 3D filament manufacturer. 100% American-made and sourced with three extrusion facilities across the country to serve your printing needs.
We extrude recycled PETG, recycled Nylon 12, virgin PETG and virgin PLA. Incredibly, our rPETG melts anywhere between 205°C and 250°C with no loss of tensile strength, flexibility or clarity! So, if you've got a PLA file that needs to be printed in a stronger plastic, there's NO NEED to reslice. Just drop in our filament and click "go".
In addition to filament, our recycled *pellets* are available in small and bulk supply. Over 120,000 lbs at current in 4 warehouses across the USA. Samples available at the AmericaMakes table.
For one stop shopping, we also have a superb organic modeling team. Many can use CAD, but few can model in Blender. Come see what we've done! We are happy to turn your logo into a true 3D, stand-up print.
