Our flagship products—CubeOne and CubeTen—are cutting-edge automated tensile testing machines designed specifically for rubber and plastic materials, respectively. These systems are engineered to eliminate the manual, time-consuming, and error-prone steps commonly associated with traditional materials testing methods.
At the heart of our innovation is a deep understanding of the needs of modern laboratories. Today’s R&D and quality labs are under immense pressure to do more with less—less time, fewer people, and tighter budgets. That’s why we built CubeOne and CubeTen: to help labs recover valuable technician time, accelerate test throughput, and reduce variability in results caused by human error.
CubeOne, our automated tensile testing machine for rubber and elastomers, supports ASTM D412, D624, and ISO 37 standards. It features automated sample loading, thickness measurement, and a built-in video extensometer for non-contact strain analysis—making it ideal for high-volume testing environments where repeatability and speed are essential.
CubeTen serves the plastics industry with support for ASTM D638, ISO 527, DIN, and JIS standards. With the ability to test up to 15 samples per run, it delivers highly accurate and repeatable results while freeing up lab staff to focus on higher-value tasks. It can also be customized for adhesive testing, such as lap shear and T-peel applications.
Our systems seamlessly integrate with lab management platforms and offer cloud connectivity, allowing labs to visualize and export data easily. Whether you're working with SAP, Uncountable, Alpha Workbench, or your own LIMS, our platform ensures reliable data capture and integration.
