Tethon 3D is the world leader in ceramic materials for additive manufacturing with customers in over 40 countries pursuing applications in automotive, aerospace, electronics, biomedical and other industries. Our universal products are compatible with dozens of 3D printer hardware platforms, including SLA, DLP and binder-jet technologies. Tethon’s Bison 1000 desktop DLP printer is optimized for ceramics or other UV curable resins with high viscosity and/or opaque qualities. The open settings make it ideal for use in R&D facilities. Alumina, silica, mullite, hydroxyapatite, carbon nanotube and other composite formulations are commercially available. We also partner to produce proprietary custom resin formulations. Tethon 3D's base resin, Genesis™, can be combined with large range of ceramic, metal and other powders creating custom resin formulation with unique properties. Three versions of Genesis (standard, flexible, and high-load) are available to suit your needs.
